Is this a discrimination or civil rights complaint?
Are you a business trying to collect an unpaid bill or debt from another business?
Is the complaint in litigation or previously been resolved?
Is this a complaint against a government agency that does not operate a utility?
Is this a complaint against an individual who is not engaged in a business?
Is this a complaint about the quality of health services other than customer service or collection/billing?
Is this a complaint about the quality of legal services other than an attorney acting as a debt collector?
