BBB: Qualification Questions
Before filing a complaint with BBB you should contact the business at least once to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, you are not required to contact the business first. If the issue cannot be resolved directly with the business, then you may file a complaint with the BBB
Is your complaint regarding an employee-employer situation (e.g. nonpayment of wages, unfair termination)?
Are you a business trying to collect an unpaid bill or debt from another business?
Does your complaint involve a matter already filed in court or in litigation?
Is your complaint regarding a government agency other than a utility matter?
Is your complaint about the quality of human or animal health services provided other than customer service or a collection or billing matter?
